M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our growing firm and support our government clients, commercial clients, and corporate leadership. Responsibilities:

• Process improvement and streamlining business operations
• Ability to research tasks across a broad range of financial management, human capital, or organizational development topics
• Analyzing data to understand business implications of the research
• Writing reports and/or standard operating procedure documents and presenting to clients in a way that is professional and influential
• Developing process flows
• Implementing tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

• BA or BS Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Advanced understanding of Google Suite, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
• Fluency in talking about strategic business problems-you combine a drive for analytical reasoning with a practical understanding of what our clients are trying to achieve
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions
• Experience in creating and delivering presentations for senior-level staff

Operating Status:

Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients’ work locations and teleworking.

Physical Qualification(s) Required:

• Work is performed in an office and telework environment
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
• Responsible for adhering to all established safety standards
