The
Junior Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by creating visually compelling designs that elevate the company’s brand, products, and services. This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their design expertise. Duties / Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and develop creative assets for a wide range of materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Prepare designs from initial concept through final production, including marketing collateral, mobile app interfaces, and brand strategy visuals.
- Partner with brand management leadership daily and provide support to other design teams as needed.
- Work closely with department heads to deliver engaging content for all social media channels.
- Offer feedback and recommendations on messaging and positioning during the design process.
- Utilize current design tools and adapt quickly to emerging technologies and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm artwork details and ensure timely delivery.
- Create and update website elements, including splash pages and landing pages.
- Apply discretion and creativity in decision-making for significant design matters.
- Incorporate feedback to refine design skills and enhance output quality.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media or related field.
- 2 years of professional experience
- Comprehensive portfolio of past graphic design work samples.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro), Figma or Sketch, and other business software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable and effective working with senior-level executives
- Passion for design, aesthetics, and high-quality work is essential.
