Experienced Komori Pressman (LS640 - HUV)

Location: Precision Services Group – Tustin, CA

Shifts Available: 2 nd Shift available

Pay Range: $28 - $33/hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Komori LS640 Press with HUV curing technology.
• Monitor print quality to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Perform press adjustments to meet production specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or printing issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience running Komori presses, specifically the LS640 with HUV curing technology.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and materials.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
