As a Delivery/Runner, you’ll join a dynamic and passionate team committed to excellence in installation services. Your role will be integral to consistently achieving high-quality installations that surpass customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the installation coach, warehouse manager, and installers to ensure all jobs are completed on time, under budget, and to the highest standard, supporting the company's financial goals and fulfilling customer needs.
• Understand and uphold Lascko Services' Vision and Mission:

• Participate in all training exercises to continuously improve technical and customer service skills.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all tasks.
• Safeguard customer property, information, and comfort.

Requirements:

• Driving : Must maintain a clean, safe driving record and be able to obtain a chauffeur's license.
• Technical Skills : Demonstrate general technical aptitude.
• Availability : Willingness to work flexible hours, including split shifts and weekends if needed.
• Attention to Detail : Follow established procedures and use dispatching tools effectively.
• Organizational Skills : Highly organized with strong follow-through abilities.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
