What You'll Do:

• Lead a classroom of toddlers, guiding them through critical developmental milestones.
• Design and implement engaging, play-based educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Create a nurturing, creative, and safe environment for toddlers to explore and grow.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate daily progress and developmental milestones.
• Mentor and support assistant teachers and staff within the classroom.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as active toddlers often need lifting and assistance.
• Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, and engaging at eye level with toddlers.
• Energetic and able to keep up with active toddlers throughout the day.

Other Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Must be available between hours of 6AM-6PM

Compensation details: 13-17 Hourly Wage
