Description We are partnering with an insurance defense and insurance coverage law firm based in North Scottsdale to find a strong Legal Assistant to join their team. This a contract role that and are seeking candiates Responsibilities: - Directly support two litigation attorneys. - Filing documents with state and federal courts. - Drafting shells for letters and pleadings. - Word processing. - Case management and document management via iManage. - Litigation calendaring via Docket Calendar. - Assist with billing. - Provide administrative support such as coordinating meetings, setting up conference rooms, creating physical case files.
