Job Description

Actively seeking Legal Due Diligence Risk Analyst for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position . The position is great for a candidate who has prior Financial, or Legal experience, and is looking to build within the Legal Analyst and Due Diligence (Anti-Money Laundering) space within a law firm.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Financial District

PAY: $72 - $75K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• Ability to learn quickly; multi-task, understand a diverse array of Firm systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word is REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clearing New Matters
• Facilitating the client and matter on-boarding process
• Carrying out analysis and identifying any additional information required
• Assisting with maintaining databases, breach log, risk registers and internal know-how
• Assisting with risk support to the Firm’s procurement function
• Undertaking research and analysis
• Produce various reports relating to new matters
• Working on ad hoc projects that arise from to-to-time.
