Early-Career Leadership Development Program: Associate Consultant
Location: On-Site – Blue Bell, PA
Network Partners Group is seeking motivated early-career professionals for our Leadership Program in medical device and pharmaceutical consulting. This hands-on rotational program accelerates your career by providing real-world experience and opportunities to network with industry leaders across various clients in the life sciences industry. You will play a vital role in supporting client engagements, conducting analyses, and developing strategic solutions to address key business challenges within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.
What You’ll Gain:
- Expertise in medical device and pharmaceutical product standards & regulatory frameworks
- Exposure to audits, design controls, and the creation, development, and maintenance of technical documentation
- Experience in functional areas within NPG, including Packaging, Labeling, Project Management, Regulatory & Quality Solutions
- Knowledge of the commercial aspects of a consulting business, including how to grow NPG’s offerings at client sites and develop commercial acumen for career growth

Responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather requirements, present findings, and facilitate discussions as directed by senior consultants
- Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze data, identify insights, and develop recommendations to address client needs and objectives
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, including researching client needs, developing solution approaches, and creating proposal content
- -Support the development of project deliverables, including presentations, reports, and client communications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Engineering, Packaging, or related technical field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is a plus
- Prior internship experience in consulting, life sciences, healthcare, or related fields preferred but not required
- Demonstrated interest in the life sciences industry and a strong desire to contribute to projects that positively impact patients and healthcare outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements
