Salary Range - $55K

Title: Machine Operator

Location: Livermore, CA (Onsite Role)

Full-Time position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with all rules and regulations in the Employee Handbook and Safety Manual.
• Complete all duties within the required time frame.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, Safety Rules, and other State and Federal Health Guidelines.
• Communicate with the supervisor as necessary to complete job requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, one to two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in changing priorities.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely decisions.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow safety requirements.
• Physical ability to perform necessary tasks.
• Bilingual skills and forklift certification are a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Walk, kneel, bend, and stand.
• Reach, twist, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Use fingers and hands to push buttons and operate/set up machinery.
• Ability to operate a hand truck, forklift, and pallet jack if required.
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Calculate figures and amounts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work in a warehouse with cool/hot temperatures and moderate to high noise levels.
• Wear common protective and/or safety gear, including gloves, face mask, hairnet, and uniform.
