Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Litigation Attorney at Neis Acquisitions LLC. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions. The role is located in Independence, KY, with the flexibility to work some days from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in Law, Courts, and Trials
• Proficiency in Motions and Depositions
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the state bar
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in litigation in a corporate setting is a plus
