Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Scheduler to coordinate and optimize the scheduling of shipments, deliveries, and transportation resources. This role ensures efficient and timely movement of goods while minimizing costs and maximizing resource utilization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transportation resources to meet customer and business needs.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency and address unexpected changes (e.g., delays, cancellations, or reroutes).
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to confirm schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in the supply chain.
• Analyze logistics data to improve scheduling processes and reduce transportation costs.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, shipping documents, and logistics reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to align logistics schedules with stock availability and production timelines.
• Utilize logistics software and tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting purposes.
