About The Opportunity
TOPTAL CARE Inc is seeking an experienced LPN / LVN (Nursing) for a 13-week 8hr days shift travel assignment in Watertown, NY. This role involves providing skilled nursing care in a long-term care setting, focusing on resident support in a float capacity across units, with use of EMAR system PointClickCare. The position suits nurses with experience in long-term care or SNF environments, offering flexible start around 02/16/2026.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care to residents following individualized care plans in a long-term care environment.
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient conditions like dementia, chronic diseases, and diabetes.
Utilize EMAR PointClickCare for accurate documentation and reporting of resident care activities.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident safety, infection control, and quality of life enhancement.
Assist with daily living activities and respond to resident needs in a float nursing capacity.
Required Qualifications
Active NY LPN license required.
BLS (AHA) certification.
1-3 years of experience in long-term care or SNF settings.
Familiarity with EMAR systems like PointClickCare.
No local candidates within 100 miles of Watertown, NY considered.
