Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Inspect, cut, stage, unstaged, and lay-up Dynalloy, Fibermet, and continuous media rolls.
• Operate large and small rolling mills, continuous Hydrogen furnaces, and Vacuum furnaces.
• Inspect, trim, and package media products according to specifications.
• Read and follow complex work procedures, schematics, or receive verbal instructions for tasks.
• Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve product quality and process efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
• Ensure adherence to EHS regulations, including wearing required PPE.
• Complete all necessary equipment maintenance in the assigned area

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent, or 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to communicate, receive, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
