Job Title: Entry level Document Mail Clerk

Duration: 12 Months Contract (With possibility of extension or hire)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project/Assignment.
• Sorting, filtering, batching paper claims.
• Reviewing incoming mail, sort for claims, send back items that cannot be accepted, batch scan and process those that can be accepted.

Experience:

• Entry level position, experience not required.

Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Highly organized.
• Knowledge of the Julian calendar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility.

Education:

• GED or associate's degree is preferred.
