Exciting Opportunity: Maintenance Manager for a Leading Company

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our esteemed client. As a key leader in the organization, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize productivity
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules
• Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and health & safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be available for on-call duties and emergencies as required
