Job Description

Maintenance Manager | $100K-$140K | Minneapolis, MN

Are you ready to step into a leadership role with a company that has proudly supported the beef industry for over 60 years? We're working with a locally owned and operated business in the heart of the Minneapolis market, and they're looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to help contribute to their success.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Location: Minneapolis, MN (on-site)

Position Requirements and Responsibilities:

* 3-5 years of Maintenance Management experience
* Shift will run from 5 am-1:30 pm
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
* Punctual, dependable, and reliable
* Computer knowledge is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

* Base Salary between $100,000-$140,000
401K Plan with a 3% Match
Employee Pricing on Products
Paid vacation & sick leave per company policy
One paid 15-minute break
