Job Description

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with our client in Arlington, TX! We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring optimal equipment uptime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Salary $70k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
• Assign work orders, prioritize tasks, and manage shift schedules
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for production equipment
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify and address potential issues proactively
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs
• Manage maintenance budgets and optimize cost-effective repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports on activities, equipment performance, and budgets
• Work with external vendors and contractors for maintenance services

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and maintenance practices
• Proven experience leading and developing a maintenance team
• Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration across departments
• Experience with maintenance management systems and data analysis tools
