Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading beverage manufacturer in City of Industry, CA that’s looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Leader (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee daily equipment reliability and performance for a high-speed production line.

This role is perfect for someone with strong maintenance team leadership experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across a dedicated production line
• Supervise maintenance techs, review work orders, and ensure timely issue resolution
• Drive preventive and autonomous maintenance strategies (PM, AM, CIL, CL, BDE)
• Collaborate with Production Line Leader and Process Engineer as part of a line leadership team
• Analyze downtime trends and recommend improvements based on data and KPIs
• Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in beverage, food, or CPG manufacturing
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance systems
• Proven ability to lead in high-speed, continuous operations
• Familiar with CMMS, root cause analysis, and equipment documentation
• Strong communication, planning, and cross-functional leadership skills

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive 100-110K Salary & 18% Bonus
