Maintenance Technician & Painter in Cranberry Township, PA, US.

You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Must be able to pass a background and drug test

$20 - $23 hourly

• Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and mechanical systems in residential apartment units in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Respond promptly to service calls from residents, ensuring all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Interact professionally and courteously with tenants, vendors, contractors, and colleagues.
• Complete maintenance tasks for unit turnovers, including prepping vacant apartments for new residents.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures to keep equipment and systems in proper working order.
• Be available for on-call and after-hours emergency maintenance requests and work orders.
• Maintain the grounds of the community, ensuring both appearance and functionality are consistently upheld.
• Handle painting and wall touch-ups as needed.
• Perform carpet cleaning duties as part of overall maintenance responsibilities.
• Groundskeeping

• Ability to reliably commute to and from the workplace.
• Availability for a flexible on-call schedule, covering morning, afternoon, and evening service calls across apartment properties throughout the week.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Proficiency in email, text, and phone communication is a must.
