Our property includes Baker’s Bar & Grill, Starbucks, 15,000 square feet of event space, an indoor pool, and a modern fitness center—all designed to deliver a first-class experience to every guest. Position Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our hotel running at its best—from fixing a leaky faucet to troubleshooting HVAC issues. You’ll handle a mix of preventive maintenance and on-the-spot repairs, helping to ensure our guests enjoy a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. What You'll Do * Tackle daily maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and basic carpentry * Respond quickly and professionally to guest and staff maintenance requests * Keep guest rooms, public areas, and behind-the-scenes spaces in top shape * Complete regular inspections and preventive maintenance rounds * Monitor equipment and utility performance, reporting anything out of the norm * Assist with tech systems (like phone programming) as needed * Flag any major issues or upgrades to leadership * Keep tools and supplies organized and stocked * Follow all hotel safety procedures and emergency protocols * Be available to the Front Desk and Chief Engineer for support when needed * Pitch in with other maintenance tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For * Experience in maintenance, engineering, or a skilled trade is a big plus * Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work * Good troubleshooting instincts and attention to detail * Comfortable using tools, reading measurements, and following instructions * Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and working in all kinds of conditions * Self-motivated but also a team player * Flexible schedule—including some weekends and holidays Why You’ll Love Working Here * Be part of a close-knit team that respects and supports each other * Work in a dynamic environment with a variety of daily tasks—no two days are the same * Play a key role in our ongoing renovations and property upgrades * Enjoy competitive pay and Hilton hotel discounts worldwide * Take pride in knowing your work directly improves the guest experience Ready to Make Things Work?
