Our client, within the Aviation Industry is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Fort Worth location. The ideal candidate will have Strong Aviation experience, a safety first focus and strong preventative maintenance which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Aviation)** **Location: Fort Worth** **Pay Range: $35 - $45 per hour** **What's the Job?** + **Safety Focus:** Perform maintenance with a strong emphasis on safety and airworthiness. + **Attention to Detail:** Identify and correct defects early to reduce waste, rework, and potential liabilities. + **Quality Assurance:** Maintain high standards of quality and safety to ensure customer satisfaction. + **Technical Expertise:** Read and interpret Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Alert Service Bulletins (ASBs), and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICAs). + **Maintenance Knowledge:** Apply practical experience with procedures, tools, and materials used in airframe and powerplant maintenance. (Track and balance experience preferred.) **What's Needed?** + FAA A&P certificate with at least 3 years of practical experience, or + 7 years of equivalent experience, or + 4 years of military maintenance experience involving both airframe and powerplant systems.
