We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Assistant to provide press support regarding setups, changeovers, maintenance, and operation. Pay: $16+ per hour + a very generous shift differential for the night shift


Shift Details: 12-hour rotating shifts (7 AM - 7 PM/7 PM - 7 AM) on a 3-4-4-3 schedule

Manufacturing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient support with setup, operation, changeover, and maintenance of press machinery.
• Ensure quality standards are met , safety policies are followed , and effective management of material and product waste.
• Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation for the press room.
• Inventory management and monitor production machines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of press experience.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical, communication, customer service, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 50 pounds.
