• Accountable for achieving sales goals, financial performance, market growth and customer satisfaction for the bank.
• Directs the market sales initiatives and community involvement.
• Ensures team adherence to bank policies, procedures, objectives, and practices.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Executing the corporate business plan
• Leading the local sales team to achieve corporate growth goals
• Responsible for the management of a staff comprised of various financial professionals including:
• Bankers, Relationship Managers, Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers and support staff
• Responsible for customer recruitment, interaction, and retention

Experience Level

7-10 years Lending or Wealth Management experience, to include an understanding of the underwriting process - Required

1-3 years Supervisory Experience - Required

Profile of Candidate:

Business growth mindset as opposed to operations, knowledge of:

• Trusts
• Investment Management
• Credit (incl. how to structure)
• Treasury Management
