This role is tailored for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on tracking and analyzing marketing performance. Your primary responsibilities include comprehensive reporting for the marketing department, ensuring that every data point tells a story and guides our strategy.

Collaborating closely with the operations department, you'll forge a dynamic relationship aimed at optimizing processes to enhance lead quality. We're on the lookout for a sharp mind that can translate data into actionable strategies, ensuring that every marketing effort contributes to our overarching goals. This position may be remote.

General Accountabilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of media campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging channels
  • Evaluate key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to enhance media strategies
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of media efforts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute media plans that align with the business objectives
  • Optimize marketing channels based on performance data, audience behavior, and industry trends, adjust budgets appropriately
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine and improve media tactics
  • Work with marketing and data teams to leverage customer insights and enhance targeting precision
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in consumer behavior to adapt targeting strategies accordingly
  • Coordinate media efforts across various channels, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging with media strategies
  • Monitor and optimize media budgets to maximize ROI

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field, or 3 years proven experience
  • Experience in media analysis, preferably within the home services or related industry
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, social media analytics, excel, etc.)
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with keen attention to details
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
    • Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in media analytics
