Job Overview:
Rylyf, an on-demand beauty app specializing in nail services, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and generating leads through comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This includes advertising on platforms such as Instagram, Google, and other social media channels. Candidate must live in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Design and create eye-catching advertisements for print and digital media.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Research and identify new marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and practices.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Must have some ability to create digital marketing designs.
- Ability to speak Vietnamese preferred
