At ABGI USA, a national tax credit and HR solutions company, we are hiring for a graduate level Marketing Intern for our Houston, Texas office! We’re seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This graduate-level internship is designed to provide real-world experience in brand marketing, content strategy, and creative execution. You’ll work closely with our marketing leadership to drive digital storytelling, support campaigns, and elevate brand visibility through content development, social media management, and visual design.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a graduate student with a strong interest in marketing, communications, or design to apply academic concepts in a fast-paced professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of content for blogs, newsletters, emails, and campaign assets
• Plan, schedule, and manage posts across key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
• Support graphic design needs for digital and print (ads, one-pagers, decks, etc.) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Help maintain and update content calendars and campaign trackers
• Conduct competitive research and trend monitoring for marketing insights
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and create compelling narratives
• Contribute ideas to team brainstorming sessions and support multi-channel campaign execution
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print collateral
• Track engagement analytics and prepare performance reports for internal review

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with a clear understanding of brand tone and audience engagement
• Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with scheduling though HubSpot or similar tools.
• Basic graphic design skills; experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for storytelling, design, and digital marketing trends
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft and Semrush is a plus.
• Previous internship or relevant project experience preferred
