We are seeking an experienced and driven Med Spa Director to lead our high-performing aesthetic team. This role blends clinical insight, operational excellence, and strategic leadership to ensure top-tier patient care and consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury healthcare setting and is passionate about delivering outstanding results and an exceptional patient experience.
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight & Compliance
Oversee daily med spa operations and ensure all services meet the highest clinical and safety standards
Supervise providers and support staff; maintain compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations
Update clinical protocols and ensure consistent staff training on procedures and compliance
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
Partner with the Practice Manager to align med spa goals with company-wide initiatives
Drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies and execution
Conduct regular strategy meetings to assess performance, address challenges, and celebrate achievements
Team Management & Training
Recruit, train, and retain top talent for the med spa team
Provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Lead by example to foster a professional, collaborative, and empowering culture
Business Development & Patient Experience
Oversee development and execution of business growth strategies, new service launches, and technology investments
Support high-level patient consultations, particularly with complex treatment planning
Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the patient experience
Quality Assurance & Policy Management
Develop and update operating policies and procedures
Implement quality control measures to ensure excellent outcomes and service standards
Handle patient concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience in aesthetics, wellness, or luxury healthcare setting (required)
5+ years of experience in the aesthetics industry (preferred)
Degree from an accredited university (strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, industry trends, and patient safety protocols
Proven ability to lead teams, drive growth, and uphold clinical excellence
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
