Duration: 1 year contract to hire

Environment: Hybrid 3 days a week on site

Pay Rate: $25HR-$28HR

Must Have:

• BA/BS from a 4-year university within a related field of study or equivalent experience
• 1-3 Years of media sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; Data entry and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize across short-term and long-term goals
• Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Description:

A large provider of satellite television and IPTV services is looking for a Media Sales Coordinator to join the Client Services Sales Team. Responsible for the daily management of accounts, including order entry, flow charts, brand allocations, and make-goods, and provide excellent customer service, while providing support to the account executives.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for billing teams with invoice revisions and credit checks, as well as Creative teams to coordinate creative assets and troubleshoot issues. Developing and maintaining relationships with agency counterparts. Create strong internal relationships and work with various groups such as Traffic, Pricing & Inventory, Finance, Marketing and other departments. This role requires an individual that thrives in fast paced environments and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
