Job Title : Metrics and Data Analyst
Contract : 3 Month Contract to hire
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship
Shift : 20 hrs / week
Pay : $45.00/hr - $52.00/hr on W2!
Job description
Metrics Creation:
Complete metric creation requests from senior leaderships and other team members
Develop analytical models to predict trends and trigger preventive action
Metrics Collection, Analyzing, and Reporting:
Configuring and performing the Space Supply Chain Quality (SCQ) Metric collection and reporting for executive and customer representative presentations.
Responsible for producing monthly performance metrics to report to management.
Create interactive data analytics dashboards to measure and improve performance.
Collect and perform data analysis on a weekly basis to drive supplier defect reduction and identify areas of opportunity.
Operations Transformation:
Analyze processes to find opportunities/projects for continuous process improvements that can result in cost savings or cost avoidance.
Required Skills:
A working knowledge of P2P and SAP
Proficient in developing measurement criteria, developing methods for analyzing data, and displaying metrics
A working understanding of Tableau
Knowledge of SharePoint development
Desired Skills:
Proficient in client Procure To Pay (P2P) and SAP
Proficient in developing solutions in Tableau
Expert in Microsoft Excel Formulas
Understanding of JIRA and Confluence
Experience with the Supply Chain processes
Experience with Suppliers
Experience using Artificial Intelligence for data modeling
