Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Molding Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining molding machines, ensuring high-quality production standards, and meeting daily production targets during the overnight shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate molding machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Counting, sorting, weighing individual components.
• Secondary Options (Drilling, Trimming, Pad Printing)
• May require lifting to 50 lbs. Standing, Bending, Sitting.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on molded products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Complete production logs and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.

Performs all related tasks within the guidelines of the ISO quality management system. Follows written company policy. Position has the authority to shutdown/stop an assigned operation/task for quality and non-conformance issues as well as any safety issue.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or molding environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) Monday through Friday.
