At this time of year, while many companies are downsizing or not looking to hire, STORM is actively seeking confident, outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are growing our current sales team, which is 25-strong , and have set an ambitious goal to expand to 100 full-time sales representatives out of our Florida team by the end of 2025.
At Storm , we’re an outsourced Sales & Marketing company leading the way in the experiential sales & marketing world , specializing in customer acquisitions across a variety of industries, including both service sectors and the non-profit sector.
While a background in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus, it’s not a must. We believe in potential and will offer comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship, and tailored coaching for the right candidates.
🔹 Ideally, a minimum of 1 year’s experience in any customer-facing role.
