The Night Auditor is responsible for the oversight of night audit duties as well as the oversight of the front office during the overnight shift. The Night Auditor will act as Manager on Duty during the overnight hours. You'll be the face of Dream South Beach.  If you have worked at other hotels as a Night Auditor or if you have hotel experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities/ Essential Functions

• Greet and Check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
• Balance all ledgers and work performed during the audit shift.
• Ensure the proper posting and charging regarding guest billing.
• Prepare the front office for the am shift and reset the day’s business.
• Act as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure all guest requests are handled during the night audit shift.
• Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings.

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Previous Night Audit experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak a second Language fluently will be considered an asset.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications;
• Refined verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends, holidays, overnight shifts
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for scheduled period of time.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
