Our company is seeking a Non-Certified Building Engineer. As a Non-Certified Building Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems and equipment. You will work closely with our engineering team, ensuring that all facilities are safe, efficient, and in compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will be able to perform minor building repairs, respond to emergency situations and co-ordinate assignments amongst our facilities staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

- Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify issues and ensure optimal

performance.

- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and staff in a timely manner.

- Help troubleshoot and resolve facility-related problems.

- Maintain and update service records and reports.

- Collaborate with certified engineers and other team members on larger repair projects.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in building systems is a plus.

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a related field preferred but not

required.

- Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn and undergo training as needed.
