The Role

We're seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team. This role can be based in New York City (in-office) or be fully remote within the U.S. You’ll play a critical part in asynchronous patient assessments and in scaling our clinical operations to drive innovation and improve the BIOVERSE product experience.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Asynchronous Patient Assessments: Review and manage patient intakes, evaluate medical histories and goals, and determine clinical eligibility for treatment.
• Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Perform diagnostic evaluations, support treatment planning, and ensure a consistently excellent standard of care.
• Enhance Clinical Workflows: Collaborate with the medical and product teams to optimize processes, implement new protocols, and ensure clinical operations are scalable and efficient.
• Monitor and Support Patient Outcomes: Track progress, adjust care plans as needed, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Build Long-Term Relationships: Provide ongoing patient education, medication management, and support throughout each patient’s wellness journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Active NP or PA license (preferred in TX, FL, CA, OH, or PA).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is a strong plus.
• Expertise or Interest in Longevity & Wellness: A background or genuine passion for areas such as weight loss medicine, wellness, or longevity therapies.
• Empathy & Communication: A patient-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster trust and long-term engagement.
