Occupational Health Nurse
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility. This role is critical in promoting employee health, safety, and well-being while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a proactive approach to workplace health, and the ability to work collaboratively with safety and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
+ Conduct health assessments, screenings, and wellness programs for employees.
+ Manage workers' compensation cases and coordinate return-to-work programs.
+ Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
+ Support compliance with OSHA, state, and company health regulations.
+ Educate employees on health, safety, and injury prevention.
+ Collaborate with safety teams on risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
Qualifications
+ Education: Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.
+ Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; occupational health or industrial setting experience strongly preferred.
+ Certifications: CPR/BLS required; COHN or COHN-S certification a plus.
+ Strong knowledge of workplace health regulations and best practices.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $76000.00/yr.
