Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for an On-Site Liability Adjuster located in Jacksonville, FL. The On-Site Liability Desk Adjuster will be responsible for handling insurance claims related to Premises, Lawsuit, Car Accident, and Products. Duties include claims handling, damage assessment, claims management, and ensuring compliance with insurance policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve liability claims in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Analyze policy coverage, determine liability exposure, and assess damages.
• Review accident reports, statements, medical records, and legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and third parties.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including insured parties, legal counsel, and vendors.
• Maintain detailed claim files and ensure compliance with company guidelines and state regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing caseload efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience handling liability claims ( Premises, Lawsuit, Car Accident, and Products. ).
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and legal principles .
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
