Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.
Provide expert travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
Coordinate and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy in booking details.
Stay updated on the latest travel deals, promotions, and industry trends.
Offer top-notch customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
Manage online booking systems and securely process payments.
Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates.
Provide clients with travel documents, itineraries, and important travel updates.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs.
Familiarity with booking platforms (GDS, Expedia TAAP, etc.) is a plus.
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not required.
