Havens Group has been engaged by a leading physician-owned orthopedic practice in Wichita, KS , to recruit top-tier orthopedic surgeons across multiple specialties, plus a podiatric surgeon . • Spine Surgeon
• Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon
• General Orthopedic Sports Surgeon
• Podiatric Surgeon

Available Specialties & General Key Responsibilities

Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon

• Treat complex foot and ankle injuries , including trauma, degenerative conditions, and sports-related issues.
• Perform total ankle replacements, arthroscopy, and minimally invasive surgical techniques .

General Orthopedic Sports Surgeon

• Treat sports-related injuries and chronic musculoskeletal conditions in athletes and active individuals .
• Perform ACL/MCL/PCL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, cartilage restoration, and joint stabilization surgeries .

Spine Surgeon

• Specialize in neck, back, and spinal conditions , treating herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and degenerative disc disease.
• Perform procedures such as spinal fusion, microdiscectomy, artificial disc replacement, and minimally invasive spine surgeries .

Podiatric Surgeon

• Diagnose and treat foot and ankle disorders , including fractures, deformities, and diabetic foot complications.
• Perform procedures such as bunion correction, ankle fusions, and reconstructive surgeries .

What We’re Looking For:

• MD (DPM for Podiatric Surgeon) with board certification/eligibility in the relevant specialty.
• Fellowship training is preferred but not required.
• A commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical excellence .
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, high-volume practice .
