Job Description

We are currently seeking an excellent outside marketing/outreach representative who can develop a strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current referral sources. If you have a proven track record of outside selling and are looking for an outside marketing position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect!

Compensation

$70,000 plus commission

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
• Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• Generate patient referrals and forecast targeted accounts
• Grow the existing market share and develop new referral sources
• Develop and maintain a marketing plan
• Promote the company and nurture client relationships

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• A consistent top performer in sales
• Sales and healthcare experience is required
