Position Overview:

We are in search of an energetic and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, excellent communication abilities, and a drive to excel in a competitive landscape. This position is perfect for a proactive individual ready to learn and adapt within a fast-paced sales setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage both cold and warm calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our client’s products and services.
• Employ telemarketing techniques to generate new leads and increase sales.
• Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
• Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Use Salesforce software to monitor and manage leads and sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Outside Sales within the Janitorial/ Sanitation industry or a related field is preferred. Inside sales professionals seeking a transition to outside sales are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience with all phases of the sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals and managing accounts.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and negotiate deals successfully.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Janitorial Products and Sanitation) is a plus.

Work Location:

This role includes working remotely from your home office and conducting outside sales within the assigned territories.
