Job Title: Outside Sales Consultant (Roofing Sales - Closer)

Location: In-Person - Tampa, FL

The Role:

As an Outside Sales Position, you will work in a team-oriented environment with competitive individuals. You will play a key role in generating business by engaging homeowners, executing roof inspections, and closing deals with our trusted services. This is a field-based role requiring in-person prospecting. Your daily tasks will include:

• Initiating door-to-door outreach & closing deals in your designated territory (Tampa, FL)
• Explaining roofing solutions for homeowners' roofing needs.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly targets.

We’re Looking for Candidates Who:

• Are excited to be part of the booming roofing industry and make a positive impact by helping clients who NEED new roofs.
• Come from industries such as customer service, service industry, and sales.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with homeowners.
• Are self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn the nuances of the roofing sales process.

Compensation:

• On-Track Earnings (OTE): $105,000-$192,000
• 1099 Role: Includes three weeks of paid training.
