We are looking for a skilled Paradigm Nexus Consultant to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in the Paradigm Nexus platform, enabling organizations to transform and optimize their operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and functional business insight, along with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions using the Paradigm Nexus platform.
  • Implement, configure, and customize the Paradigm Nexus application to meet specific client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Nexus system, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring that the delivered solutions meet business specifications.
  • Train and guide end-users on effective usage of the Paradigm Nexus platform, creating user documentation and training materials as needed.
  • Work closely with development teams to communicate technical requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Assist in data migration and system integration efforts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in the Paradigm Nexus platform, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with the Paradigm Nexus platform or similar enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, preferably in industries such as Healthcare or Finance.
  • Proficient in SQL and data analysis; familiarity with scripting or programming languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in project management and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation:

Salary range for California residents only: Between $125,000 to $140,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
