Ultimate staffing is seeking a Part time Document Control Specialist & Office Assistant to join a Medical Device Manufcturer in Lake Forest, CA.

Position: Document Specialist & Office Assistant

Pay: $30-$35/ hour

Status: Temp to Hire

Schedule: 3 days a week M- F, 8am- 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintain ESP- they use a template
• Go line by line to ensure accuracy
• Maintain Quality Manual
• Update the manual based off of the NEW ISO
• Generate Bill of Materials
• Analyze print drawings from Engineer orders
• Review photos to ensure they match the bill of materials
• Obtain approvals via email
• Analyze documents
• Document control
• Manage Document release process

Qualifications:

• 3- 5 years of GMP/ ISO13485, quality document control experience within Medical Device field
• Excellent written communication
• FDA regulation & audit experience
• Willing to take on other office tasks- there can be down time in this role, during the down time they are looking for someone to support with office management duties
