We're seeking a Performance Media Manager – Paid Search (PPC) to own, scale, and optimize our paid search efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—someone who can turn insights into growth, manage large budgets effectively, and consistently deliver ROI-positive results.
You'll take charge of all paid search activity across major platforms, driving acquisition and conversion through precise targeting, testing, and optimization.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and other search platforms .
Develop and execute lead generation and conversion-focused PPC strategies aligned with Highwinds' business goals.
Continuously refine campaigns through keyword analysis, bid strategy, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation .
Analyze and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS , and other key performance metrics.
Collaborate with analytics, product, and design teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates .
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting with precision and accountability.
Implement A/B and multivariate testing to identify high-performing ads and creative approaches.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to senior marketing leadership.
Stay on top of search trends, algorithm updates, and fintech marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
5+ years of paid search experience, with 2+ years in performance marketing or lead generation , preferably in fintech or financial services.
Proven success managing large-scale, ROI-positive PPC campaigns across multiple verticals.
Deep knowledge of Google Ads , Microsoft Advertising , Google Analytics , and conversion tracking tools .
Strong analytical skills with a command of A/B testing, attribution models, and statistical significance .
Expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, bid optimization, and funnel analysis .
Experience with data feeds, dynamic search ads, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies .
Comfortable managing six- or seven-figure annual budgets with data-driven accountability.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn culture.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
