Job Summary

Burn Boot Camp Wall is looking for a trainer who will thrive in an environment where they are able to influence not only the lives of our members and teammates, but also the direction of the gym.

As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels in a group setting. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients at a time and provide a positive community for change.

A Burn Boot Camp trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst (HIIT) training, all creating an inviting environment of support that exceeds client expectations. Burn Boot Camp trainers must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and showing them what they are capable of.

Our personal trainers impact our community both in and out of the gym, so the use of social media is a requirement! At Burn Boot Camp, we have a lot of fun creating content such as Reels, Instagram stories, etc.

Education and Experience

Experience:

• Personal training/group exercise: 1 year (Preferred)
• If you are pursuing your personal training certification or have little experience, you may be considered for this position

Education:

• High school degree (minimum) or College degree

JOB Qualifications and Skills:

* Certified Personal Trainer. Must hold current fitness certification from an NCCA accredited institution such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA or NFP. (If you are pursuing your personal training certification or have little experience, you may be considered for this position).

* Superior knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics, and nutrition

* Positive, motivating and outgoing interpersonal communication skills * Desire and capacity to train and motivate all fitness levels

* CPR/AED certification * Excellent and effective communication, customer service skills

Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead and motivate clients one-on-one through pre-designed and custom workouts in a group setting

* Build and maintain highly engaged member base

* Practice what you preach. Lives a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs

* Ensure safety of participants in regards to form and exercise technique

* Modify specific exercises to accommodate various fitness levels

* Attend weekly and monthly fitness meetings and required educational presentations

* Use Social Media regularly to keep members engaged and promote the brand
