We're Hiring: Part-Time Personal Trainers



Location: Fitness Together - 59 West Wyoming Ave. Melrose, MA

At Fitness Together Melrose , we specialize in one-on-one private personal training, semi-private training and small group training in fully equipped private suites, offering clients a highly personalized and premium fitness experience. Our mission is to help people feel stronger, move better, and live healthier lives in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment.

We're currently looking for Part-Time Personal Trainers to join our team of fun and professional coaches.

What You'll Do:

• Design Personalized Programs tailored to each client’s goals, abilities, and limitations
• Coach Clients One-on-One in private training suites to ensure safety, progress, and motivation
• Build Relationships: Create a welcoming, professional, and empowering experience for every client
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with other coaches to create a strong, united training culture
• Maintain Clean, Safe Spaces: Ensure all equipment and suites meet cleanliness and safety standards
• Represent the Brand: Maintain a professional appearance and uphold our studio values

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
• Certification: Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACSM, CFSC, etc.)
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in personal training and program design
• Special Populations: Comfortable working with clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness backgrounds
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of injury prevention, functional training, and corrective exercise
• CPR/AED & First Aid Certification: Required
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
