Position Summary

Community Credit Union of Florida seeks a seasoned, member-focused executive to join the Credit Union in the Fall of 2025 as their new President/Chief Executive Officer. Collaborating with the Board of Directors, this executive will develop and implement a strategic plan aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values while driving growth and safeguarding the Credit Union's financial position. The CEO oversees all aspects of the Credit Union’s operations, carries out the policies and procedures set forth by the Board, ensures the organization meets or exceeds its established goals, and provides unmatched member service. The ideal candidate will have an open and collaborative management style and strong business and financial acumen. A bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. Ten to fifteen years of credit union experience with demonstrated leadership and a strong track record of success are required.
