About the Role and Team

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Documentation Intern to support our efforts in documenting and streamlining processes critical to our business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, interact with team members throughout the company, and contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and individuals to gather information on processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Conduct interviews with employees throughout the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes.
• Draft, edit, and refine technical documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Create concise and user-friendly process diagrams, procedures, templates, and checklists, as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Business, Technical Writing, or another related field.
• Knowledge of basic business concepts.
• Basic understanding of process improvement and quality methodologies (PDCA, Lean, etc.)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional technical writing skills. Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and succinct documentation.
• Attention to detail. The ability to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive.

Compensation

• This internship will be a 40-hour a week commitment at the pay of $18-$20 per hour.
