Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Product Strategy & Vision :

    • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value.
  2. Product Development Lifecycle :

    • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch support.
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure product functionality meets specifications.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration :

    • Act as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
    • Facilitate clear communication and alignment on product objectives and progress.
  4. Market Research & Analysis :

    • Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
    • Analyze competitive products and industry trends to keep solutions relevant and cutting-edge.
  5. Agile Product Management :

    • Define and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
    • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-priority features and enhancements.
  6. Performance Monitoring & Optimization :

    • Define success metrics (KPIs) and monitor product performance post-launch.
    • Use data analytics tools to measure user engagement, identify bottlenecks, and inform iterative improvements.
Required Skills :
  • Product Management Tools : Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and APIs.
  • Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe environments.
  • Data Analysis : Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Documentation : Ability to create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and User Stories.
