Xenia is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Intern to join our growing team for Summer 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of product marketing, sales enablement, and web development, while learning cutting-edge AI applications in operations management software.About Xenia

Our platform unifies daily operational tasks, facilities maintenance, and compliance in one system, serving industries like convenience stores, restaurants, retail chains, and more. Since our founding in 2021, we've grown rapidly, serving thousands of locations across the US.

What You'll Do

• Support our website overhaul project, managing aspects of web development and content creation
• Create compelling sales collateral and product positioning materials for our multi-unit operations platform
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine customer-facing presentations and demos
• Help craft messaging that effectively communicates Xenia's value proposition to different industry segments
• Assist in competitor analysis and market research to inform product positioning strategies
• Learn and apply AI technologies to enhance marketing content and sales tools
• Participate in the development of customer case studies and success stories
• Support SEO and content marketing initiatives to drive web traffic and lead generation

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Creative problem-solver with an eye for design and user experience
• Basic understanding of web development concepts and willingness to learn more
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Interest in B2B software, technology, and AI applications
• Enthusiasm for translating complex product features into clear customer benefits
